The opening of the exhibition of works of
outstanding Leningrad's painter, graphic
Patvakan Petrosovich Grigoryants (1899-1986) took place
on 9th of October in St. Petersburg
in the exhibition hall of the Moscowsky district.
In the beginning of the event artist Ashot Khachatryan,
member of the Board of the Union of artists of St. Petersburg
expressed his opinion about the works presented in the exhibition.

and a friend of the family, professor Gregory Agadzhanyan shared
their memories about Patvakan Petrosovich.

of The Russian national library highly appreciated prepared
exhibition and noted the important role and value in society of
events of cultural and educational areas.

At the end of the evening
the President of the Regional Public Organization
"The Armenians of St. Petersburg" Alexander Nazarov
thanked the administration of the exhibition hall for cooperation.
